Step 1 Submit Online Application

*Mainland students from the following 19 provinces/cities are eligible for application with mainland identity card, household proof, etc. uploaded:

Anhui, Beijing, Chongqing, Fujian, Guangdong, Guangxi, Hebei, Heilongjiang, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Jiangsu, Liaoning, Shaanxi, Shandong, Shanghai, Sichuan, Tianjin and Zhejiang

HSUHK does not accept mainland applications from provinces/cities other than the above.

Step 2 Upload Supporting Documents

Please upload the following supporting documents onto the HSUHK Undergraduate Application System:

  1. Passport-size photo
  2. Copy of travel document / identity certificate (e.g. Passport)
  3. Copy of high school reports
  4. Copy of international examination result slip
  5. Copy of other academic qualification certificates
  6. Copy of English language proficiency proof

Original copies may be required for HSUHK’s verification in the future. If the submitted information is found unauthentic, your admission status and registration qualification will be ceased with immediate effect.

Step 3 Settle Application Fee

You are required to pay the application fee within the period as stipulated on the system (HK$200 (Non-local applicant) per programme). If you fail to pay the application fee on or before the deadline, your application will be regarded as withdrawal.

Step 5 Written test and/or Interview

Normally, shortlisted applicants will be invited for written test and/or interview via email and SMS.  In case you are invited for written test and/or interview in Hong Kong, no visa application or accommodation arrangements will be provided by HSUHK.  Non-local applicants should make your own arrangement prior to arrival.

HSUHK will invite selected applicants via email and HSUHK Undergraduate Application System to conduct online written test/interview.

Step 7 Offer Acceptance

If you are given an offer, you are required to confirm your acceptance by paying the deposit of  HK$30,000 (Non-local Applicant) which will be regarded as part of the tuition fee. If you fail to pay the deposit before the deadline, your offer will lapse with immediate effect.  All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
