Entrance Scholarships
(Details of the entrance scholarships of the 2025/26 academic year will be announced in due course.)
In 2024/25, HSUHK offered the following entrance scholarships to qualified1,2,3 new non-local4 Year 1 students:
INTERNATIONAL STUDENT (ASEAN) / (NON-ASEAN) ENTRANCE SCHOLARSHIP
New entrance scholarships with quotas are now offered to non-local applicants from ASEAN countries and other countries/regions (Greater China regions exclusive), with full tuition fee and accommodation fee for 4 consecutive academic years5 . On-campus (Year 1) or university administered (Year 2-4) accommodation is guaranteed, subject to scholarship renewal.

Remarks:
- The above scholarships are distributed on a competitive and merit basis.
- Local entrants possessing international qualifications who have outstanding academic achievements equivalent to the criteria as set under Entrance Scholarship for Local Students or Dean’s Award will also be considered for the entrance scholarship on a competitive and merit basis.
- Students will be awarded one entrance scholarship only. Students will not be awarded any entrance scholarship if they have transferred or been readmitted to the same or another programme for whatever reasons.

- Renewal criteria: cGPA as of Semester 2 of 3.3 or above is required.
- Renewal criteria: Year GPA of 3.3 or above is required.
- Entrance Scholarships are not applicable to admittees of January Intake.
